A pre-launch sale happens before the developer opens official bookings. It can be fair, but it asks you to trust the promise more than the paperwork.
No number, no payment
Registration comes first. A project needs Rajasthan RERA registration when its land exceeds 500 sq m or it has more than 8 apartments, and buyers can look up registered projects on rera.rajasthan.gov.in.
Understand what you are buying
Ask whether you are paying a booking amount, an expression of interest deposit or a part of the price. Get the terms and refund conditions in writing.
Verify the land and approvals
Request the title documents, the layout approval and the promoter name on the land. Check the promoter name against the RERA record.
Compare with launched peers

Watch for pressure
